Fill in what you know; we size it and return a priced construction.
These are the fields our sales engineers need to price a dairy exchanger without coming back to you.
Add the nameplate details: frame or shell size, plate count, channel gap, pass arrangement and connection size. A photo of the nameplate and of the plate pattern is often the quickest way to match a new pack.
Tell us if the elastomer has been changed from the original, for example from EPDM to nitrile on a high-fat stream, and whether the duty has moved since the unit went in.
After you send it
An application engineer checks the product, flows and temperatures against the construction you asked for, or proposes one if you left it open.
If a value is missing or the heat balance does not close, we come back once with a short list rather than a string of separate questions.
It states the construction, plate or tube arrangement, materials, finish, code requirements and the terms that apply to the order.
Once you place the order, the arrangement drawing and data sheet come to you for review against your duty and your audit before the unit is built.
